Is it my settings?

WiiFit today decided to tell me that I need to keep wrapping up warm in this cold weather.
Really?
Today is bearable. Previous days have been AWFUL. I really don't need the WiiBitch telling me to "wrap up warm" in 35+ (Celsius) degree weather!
Now, what I'd love to know is, is it my settings? Or does the Wii just assume that all its users are in the northern hemisphere? I've noticed the snowflakes before this, and grizzled at them, but being told to wrap up warm when it's 35 - 40 out side? Really?
